Every apartment at Highland Meadows was designed to feel like a home, with apartments that go the full width of the building. You are sure to be impressed by the size and spacious floor plans of every apartment we offer!  We invite you to come see our large eat-in kitchens that have plenty of floorspace for your needs. Enjoy the abundance of natural lighting in every apartment with a window in every room except the bathrooms. 
At Highland Meadows your water, trash and sewer fees are paid for you! The tenant pays electricity (there is no gas). No hidden fees!
All apartments at our welcoming apartment community feature a bedroom with a walk-in closet!  Grill on your private deck that has a  storage closet.  This will give you a chance to enjoy the view of mature trees and manicured landscaping at Highland Meadows.
The complex offers convenience, privacy and secured access in a harmonious living environment.  We also have designated the inside of all apartments buildings as smoke-free.  Those who want to smoke may do so from their own patio.  Included on every patio is a smoker’s outpost so that cigarettes may be safely discarded.
The comfort & safety of our tenants is our number one concern.  We are proud to say that, since December 2009, Highland Meadows has earned certification in the crime-free housing program through the Bellevue Police Department. 
We have garages with remote control openers available for your vehicle.  If you need extra storage please check out our approximately   9' x10'  temperature controlled storage units.  
Our welcoming apartment community offers both no-pet apartments and apartments that allow cats as pets.  
The butterfly garden at Highland Meadows has been designated a Monarch Waystation  by Monarch Watch, and certfied by the North American Butterfly Association and the National Wildlife Federation. The garden was featured in the Summer 2015 issue of American Butterflies Magazine.
Highland Meadows is within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, several fast food places, a coffee shop, dry cleaner, banks, ATMs, nail and hair studio, insurance agent, gas station, martial arts studio and other services.

Garages:  Garages are available to rent for for a monthly fee. These have remote control openers.

Storage Rooms:  approximate size  9' x10' temperature controlled storage units are located in our apartment buildings.  These storage rooms have plenty of space to fit your needs for a monthly fee.

Pets:  Cats as pets in select buildings, contact the Highland Meadows Office for details.

Utilities:  Your water, sewer, and trash bills are all paid.  The resident pays for electricty and cable tv.
