The spacious kitchen in this residence makes cooking fun.  It features a built-in microwave and a window above the sink.  You will find an abundance of cabinets and counter space, and  you'll have plenty of room for a table in this kitchen!

This apartment comes with nice extras such as lighted ceiling fans in the living room, master bedroom, and kitchen.  The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a private master bathroom.

Located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of no-pet buildings. This apartment has full-size washer and dryer hookups and the deck or patio features a 4x6 lockable storage closet.

Approximate measurements of each room are:

The living room is 16'2" x 16'

The kitchen is 11'4" x 15'6"

The main bedroom is 11'8" x 15'3" and has a walk-in closet

The second bedroom is 14'5" x 10'2"

Garages: Garages are available to rent for $60 per month. These have remote control openers.

Storage Rooms:  approximate size 9' x 12' temperature controlled storage units are located in our apartment buildings. These storage rooms have plenty of space to fit your needs at only $60 per month.

Washers & Dryers: You may bring your own washer and dryer however if you would like to rent a full size washer and dryer we do have these available too. We can rent you these appliances for $40 a month with an option to own if you like.

Pets: Cats as pets in select buildings for a $200 non-refundable fee. No monthly fees charged for cats.

Utilities: Your water, sewer, and trash bills are all paid. The resident pays for electricty and cable tv.

Deposit:  Just $200 for civilians and $99 for active military!

Lease: Tenants sign a 12-month lease. After that is completed, the lease automatically goes to month-to-month (meaning the tenant may give a 30-day notice at any time after the lease is fulfilled without penalty). If you are military we have a military clause in our lease.
